Our "Oh So Sweet" girl.
Lily is an Abalee girl through and through. Lily's name describes her perfectly. She is a very sweet, even tempered girl, who is loving, gentle, kind and has a pure and honest heart. Lily always does her best to please no matter what task is that is placed before her.
Lily has an extremely strong work ethic. She earned her Rally Novice through Excellent titles in 10 shows with many placements before her second birthday. She also earned her Companion Dog and Companion Dog Excellent titles in style earning two High in Trials while working toward her CDX.
The most important of all her skills, however, is her ability as my service dog. Without Lily's service, I would not be able to perform the simple daily tasks and errands that everyone else performs without giving these tasks a second thought.
Lily is my dream dog. So for me it is very safe to say, dreams really, really do come true. These dreams came true in Lily.
Though Lily is retired from our breeding program, she you can be assured that her influence will continue to be seen in her grandchildren for generations to come.
Lily spent this day with Bill and I celebrating our anniversary at Hammonasett Beach. The best part of this day for her (and me), was that she was allowed to "just" be a dog who was allowed to run and play on the beach without having to worry about me.
